Research Courses CV Activities

I am a M.S. candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Tufts University, where I also work as a research assistant for Professor Valencia Joyner in the Advanced Integrated Circuits and Systems Laboratory.

In 2006, I received the B.E. degree in Electronics Science and Technology from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China, and was awarded the Best Undergraduate Thesis Award from the Department of Microelectronic Science and Technology.

My lab experiences mainly include the design of analog/mixed signal integrated circuits that interface with photonic elements for broadband optical wireless communication at the Advanced Integrated Circuits and Systems Laboratory at Tufts. My previous experiences also include silicon-based micro direct methanol fuel cells (μDMFCs)  structure design and fabrication at the MEMS Center of HIT.

My research interests are analog & mixed-signal integrated circuits, optical/RF integrated circuits, MEMS & micro-systems.
