About Me:
I am a Ph.D. candidate at
Computer Science Department , Tufts University
since Fall 2006. My research area is computer aided design (CAD) for very large
scale integrated (VLSI) systems with particular emphasis on 3D integrated circuits
(IC). I have worked on power delivery network design and analysis for
3D ICs using different technologies for through silicon via as well as carbon nanotubes
as an interconnect for the on-chip power delivery network. I have also worked on
TSV-induced substrate noise modeling and characterization for 3D ICs.
Before starting my Ph.D., I have worked as a lecturer at the
Department of Electrical Engineering , University of Engineering
and Technology , Lahore, Pakistan and as a software engineer
at
Techlogix Inc . I did my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
from University of Engineering and Technology , Lahore,
Pakistan.
