I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Laboratory for Imaging Science Research (LaISR) at Tufts University where my advisor is Professor Eric Miller. My research focuses on image processing methods for biomedical applications. Some of the projects I am currently involved in include the study of implict deformable models and discrete optimization methods for image segmentation. Since September 2007, I am also a researcher at the Center for Brain Science at Harvard University where I work with Professors Hanspeter Pfister and Jeff Lichtman on The Connectome Project.
